Leading the redesign of the platform with a scalable design system to create a consistent, intuitive experience. I helped shape new products from concept to launch, working closely with developers and cross-functional teams to turn user needs into practical, user-friendly solutions that make machine learning accessible for everyone.

Leading the redesign of the platform with a scalable design system to create a consistent, intuitive experience. I helped shape new products from concept to launch, working closely with developers and cross-functional teams to turn user needs into practical, user-friendly solutions that make machine learning accessible for everyone.

/At the Beginning of the Journey/

Migrated designs from Adobe XD to Figma to enable faster collaboration and scalable workflows.

When I first joined the team, all the product designs lived in Adobe XD, but collaboration was slowing us down. I took the initiative to migrate the entire design system and product flows to Figma. This shift didn’t just modernize our workflow; it unlocked real-time collaboration, faster feedback loops, and smoother handoffs between design and engineering. It was the first step toward scaling our product efficiently.

/Next, I redesigned the Layouts/

Redesigned old designs using Tailwind CSS styles

I reviewed the previous designs to understand their structure and style. Then, I updated them to be fully Tailwind CSS compliant, ensuring consistency and easier implementation.

/Moving on to Designing LLM 2.0/

LLM 2.0 was a new product initiative that we began developing from the ground up.

The project involved defining a feature list and designing each feature to be both technically feasible and revenue-generating. I collaborated closely with the CEO and CTO to brainstorm product ideas, discussing which features would have the most impact. Once the strategy was set, I moved into translating these ideas into detailed, user-focused designs.

/Diving into the Designs/

Selecting a Design System or UI Kit

We evaluated whether to use a UI kit or build a design system from scratch, reviewing options like Untitled UI and Shadcn. Initially, we adopted Untitled UI, but after three months, we pivoted to Shadcn to improve engineering efficiency.

/Building the LLM 2.0/

Designed LLM 2.0 based on requirements and handed off finalized designs to engineering.

After a month of designing and iterating, I handed the designs to the engineering team. I then worked closely with front-end developers to ensure the implementation matched the Figma designs accurately.

/The Final Product/

LLM 2.0 version 1 launched in March.

The next versions of LLM 2.0 have been fully designed and are now in production. These updates build on user feedback and incorporate new features to enhance usability, performance, and overall experience. The team is actively monitoring implementation to ensure a smooth rollout and consistent quality.
